Site layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a legend labelling distinct sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
